4. Public Listings, Profiles, and Blockchain Data
CrypticPump is a visibility platform. Information submitted for a public coin listing, project page, Web3 Talent profile, community feature, leaderboard, or promotional placement may be displayed publicly and may be indexed by search engines.
You should not submit private, confidential, sensitive, or personally identifying information that you do not want displayed publicly.
Public blockchains are inherently transparent. Wallet addresses, balances, token holdings, transfers, and transaction activity may be publicly visible and permanently recorded. CrypticPump does not control public blockchain records and generally cannot edit, reverse, or delete information recorded on-chain.
6. Third-Party Services
CrypticPump may rely on or link to third-party services, including:

- Analytics, hosting, security, content-delivery, and performance providers;
- Email, communication, social-media, Telegram, and community platforms;
- Payment, transaction-verification, and affiliate-support services.
These third parties may collect information under their own privacy policies. CrypticPump does not control their privacy, security, data retention, or tracking practices. You should review the policies of any third-party service before using it.
8. Affiliate Program Data
When you participate in the CrypticPump Affiliate Program or visit the site through an affiliate link, we may use referral parameters, cookies, session data, transaction records, and account information to attribute referrals and manage commissions.
Affiliate records may include:
- Referral codes and referral URLs;
- Visit and conversion timestamps;
- Listing or upgrade type;
- Payment status and qualifying transaction details;
- Commission amounts, approval status, and payout history;

We may review affiliate activity to prevent self-referrals, spam, fake traffic, duplicate conversions, chargebacks, fraud, or other abuse.

Public listing and profile information may remain available until it is updated, removed, or deactivated. Some records may be retained after removal when needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or internal history.
We cannot delete or alter data stored on public blockchains or retained independently by third-party services, archives, search engines, or social platforms.
11. Your Rights and Choices
